Job description

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 pm -11:00 pm
Serigraph is looking for a Fulfillment Associate who's ready to do more than fill a shift - this role puts you at the center of how our fulfillment center runs. You'll guide co-workers and flex/temporary staff, set up and monitor production lines, and be a hands-on driver of the quality and accuracy that our customers count on. If you like a fast-paced environment where your judgment matters and no two days look exactly the same, this is your next role.
What You'll Do
Lead and Train
  • Direct flex employees and temporary workforce, ensuring work meets customer specifications
  • Train co-workers and flex staff on job responsibilities and expectations
  • Clearly communicate shift-specific requirements so every shift starts strong

Run the Line
  • Set up and monitor production lines, including hands-on kit preparation
  • Prepare kits for First Piece Approval
  • Make real-time adjustments to keep the line running efficiently
  • Facilitate workflow across the line for both speed and quality

Own Quality
  • Maintain accuracy in Kit Pack counting and packing
  • Conduct in-process quality audits and labor reporting
  • Inspect product for defects (printing, die cutting, laminating, and more)
  • Pull quality production samples for shipment
  • Have the authority to halt production over quality concerns - and the responsibility to flag it to management

Keep Things Moving
    • Perform finishing tasks: counting, packaging, labeling, and operating material handling equipment
    • Accurately record labor data - QA forms, job tickets, and move tags
    • Maintain visual boards, whiteboards, and hourly labor records
    • Generate accurate packaging labels
    • Follow guidance from shift supervisors and the Fulfillment Line Point Person (Level 3)
    • Follow environmental practices and procedures for material handling and disposal

What You Bring
  • Experience in fulfillment or production operations
  • Strong communication skills - you can train others and give clear direction
  • A problem-solver's mindset; you troubleshoot rather than wait for someone else to
  • Comfort standing for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with safety, housekeeping, and PPE practices
  • Ability to enter data into the Titan system
  • Confidence reading and interpreting job tickets
  • Working knowledge of departmental procedures and policies
