Location: United States/Canada

IntraEdge is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Advancement Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Higher Education Advancement to join its team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that drive fundraising and alumni engagement for our Higher Education clients.

As a Salesforce Advancement Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, leading design workshops, and providing functional guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions for Higher Education advancement, including fundraising, alumni relations, and donor management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and document detailed solution designs, including data models, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce advancement and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Advancement Solution Architect or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for Higher Education advancement.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Affinaquest RM or Kindsight ascend, and Education Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Experience for Consideration:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I/II)
  • Experience with Higher Education fundraising and alumni relations processes.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
