Job description

Job Duties

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan. Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin. Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician. Takes and records vital signs. Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift.

Full-time Day shift. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Every other weekend/holiday
