What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Welcome Families: Act as the first friendly face parents and kids see, creating a comforting, high-energy environment right at check-in.
  • Front Office Flow: Manage multi-line phone systems, answer parent questions, check patients in/out, and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Clinical Synergy: Work closely with our pediatric clinical staff and doctors to keep daily appointments running smoothly and on time.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate digital patient charts and records inside our practice management system.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience (prior front office experience in a dental or medical setting is a huge bonus!).
  • Bilingual Skills: Conversational or fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred!
  • Communication: Clear, warm, and professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work the full temporary duration through September 30, 2026, including the specific shift schedule and blackout dates noted above.
  • Travel Flexibility: Reliable transportation (willingness to assist at nearby sister locations in the Reno area if needed is a plus).
  • Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a successful pre-employment drug screen. We strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.
