Position Description
Position: Dentist
Qualifications: To have an unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri. The dentist will maintain all customary narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses as required by federal, state or local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1) To provide and perform all services in accordance with the professional standards prevailing in the community at the time such services are rendered.
2) To treat patients that are assigned, at community locations, by the Corporation. The Corporation has final authority over acceptance or refusal of any person for whom services may be rendered. The Corporation will determine the fee to be charged for dental services.
3) To maintain and improve professional skills by attending continuing dental education, as approved by the Corporation.
4) To supervise and provide leadership for the dental assistants and other office staff in the Corporation.
5) To work cooperatively with the Executive Director and board members to fulfill the mission and operate within the limits of the annual budget of LevelUp Kids, Inc.
6) To behave in a professional and friendly manner with patients, school personnel, staff and community members.
7) To abide by the rules and benefits as described in the LevelUp Kids, Inc. personnel handbook.
8) To assist Executive Director in maintaining the safety and OSHA standards of the Corporation.

Salary Range

Full-time $155,000 - $175,000 per year

Base salary plus quarterly bonus based on meeting productivity goals. 23 vacation days; 10 sick days and all federal holidays.
