Location: Kids 'R' Kids University Center – 225 Collins Industrial Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30043
About the Role
We are looking for a caring and reliable Aftercare Teacher/Bus Driver to join our team. This role is a unique blend of classroom support and safe transportation, ensuring children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities in compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip bus inspections; maintain accurate transportation records.
  • Supervise, engage, and support children during aftercare hours.
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity.
  • Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline, and model positive behavior.
  • Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting is a plus.
