Job description

Hello from Kids First,
We're offering a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible** candidates.
Kids First is expanding - with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states - and we're hiring BCBAs to join our team!
We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA's and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA's in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.
At Kids First, we're committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most - helping children and families thrive.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).
โ€ข Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
โ€ข Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
โ€ข Enjoy flexibility - most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.
