Job description

Looking for meaningful work with kids?

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play-based learning.

No prior experience is required. We will train you, pay you, and help you earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in about 2 weeks.

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with children in their homes and community settings
  • Use play and structured activities to support learning and development
  • Follow simple, step-by-step plans created by a supervisor
  • Track progress and celebrate meaningful milestones

Schedule
