At Kidcreate Studio Frederick, we're on a mission to help children learn, create, and explore through hands-on art and science experiences. We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-loving Part-Time Studio Director to help lead our growing studio.
What You'll Do
As our Studio Director, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for families, staff, and community partners.
Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee daily studio operations
  • Ensure classes, camps, workshops, and events run smoothly
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe studio environment
  • Manage schedules, supplies, and studio inventory
  • Support studio growth through community outreach and partnerships
Customer Experience
  • Build relationships with families and community partners
  • Answer inquiries and assist with registrations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after programs
  • Help create memorable experiences for children and their caregivers
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, coach, and support instructors
  • Foster a positive, fun, and professional team culture
  • Assist with staff scheduling and performance management
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Promote classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events
  • Represent the studio at community events and outreach opportunities
  • Support social media content creation and local marketing efforts
  • Help achieve enrollment and revenue goals

Position Details
