Salary: $50,000.00 starting / based on experience


Job description:
Kid City USA is looking for leaders who are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of
children, families, and the center team. We want a leader who enhances program quality,
guides operational success and embraces the mission and values of Kid City USA.


Overview (this is not a full description)
 Create a motivating work environment that retains staff
 Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget
compliance
 Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and
licensing
 Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all
corporate guidelines
 Maintain an organized office space and center environment
 Collaborate with the corporate team and others to evaluate and ensure program quality
standards
 Be dependable and have excellent references
 Be passionate for the growth and development of the precious children in our care
 Ability to step into the role of any position in the center to assist the team as needed
We are most interested in applicants with the following qualifications/skills:
 At least two years of proven leadership operating a high quality child care program in a
leadership role
 21 years of age or older (to ensure compliance with state guidelines)
