Preschool Center Director

Salary: $50,000.00 starting / based on experience

Job description:

Kid City USA is looking for leaders who are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and the center team. We want a leader who enhances program quality, guides operational success  and embraces the mission and values of Kid City USA.

Overview (this is not a full description)

  • Create a motivating work environment that retains staff
  • Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget compliance
  • Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and licensing
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all corporate guidelines
  • Maintain an organized office space and center environment
  • Collaborate with the corporate team and others to evaluate and ensure program quality standards
  • Be dependable and have excellent references
  • Be passionate for the growth and development of the precious children in our care
  • Ability to step into the role of any position in the center to assist the team as needed

We are most interested in applicants with the following qualifications/skills:

  • At least two years of proven leadership operating a high quality child care program in a leadership role
  • 21 years of age or older (to ensure compliance with state guidelines)
