Job description

We're not looking for someone to just manage social media—we're looking for someone who wants to help build a movement.

See You At The Top (SYATT) is looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Manager based in Houston, TX. This is an in-person content creation role where you'll help document our journey through IRL streaming, create engaging content, grow our online community, and help inspire millions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Edit engaging short-form clips from our IRL live streams for social media.
  • Capture content at live events, networking events, workouts, community meetups, and other brand experiences.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with followers.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to help grow the See You At The Top brand.
  • Work closely with our team to document the journey and tell authentic stories through content.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Lives in the Houston area and can attend events in person.
  • Has experience creating content for social media.
  • Is comfortable editing short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Understands what performs well across today's social platforms.
  • Is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Isn't afraid to jump in, take initiative, and wear multiple hats.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience clipping content from IRL or live streams.
  • Photography or videography experience.
  • Experience with Kick, OBS, LiveU, YouTube Live, or other live streaming platforms.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • A portfolio or social media accounts showcasing your work.
