Job description

DescriptionThe Opportunity

Nood is a high-growth beauty-tech brand with a flagship IPL device business and an expanding roadmap of devices and skincare. We sell primarily DTC, with growing presence on Amazon, Target, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.com.

Our TikTok Shop affiliate program is one of our fastest-growing channels, powered by a community of creators who earn through commissions, ad licensing deals, and contest bonuses. We're building the most creator-friendly affiliate program in beauty, and we need someone to own it day to day.

We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to be the operator behind our TikTok Shop affiliate engine: recruiting new creators, getting them activated fast, briefing them on what to make, and keeping the community energized and engaged. This is a hands-on, high-touch role - part talent scout, part community manager, part performance coach.

Requirements

What You'll Own

Recruiting. Source and pitch TikTok Shop creators who fit our brand and have real selling potential, via TikTok's affiliate marketplace, outbound DMs, agency partners, and referrals from existing affiliates. Qualify creators against a clear ICP (audience fit, content quality, shop sales history) so we're recruiting sellers, not just posters, and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline with weekly recruiting targets.

Activation & Onboarding. Own the first 14 days of every affiliate's journey: welcome, sample fulfillment follow-up, first-video coaching, and first-sale celebration. Run our white-glove onboarding sequence - trigger-based touchpoints, onboarding calls, and rescue plays for creators who stall before their first post or first sale. Track activation cohorts weekly and diagnose where creators drop off (sample delays, no first post, posts that don't convert).

Creator Briefs. Write and ship creator briefs for both Flasher products: hooks, angles, formats, compliance do's and don'ts, and proof points that convert. Refresh briefs based on what's actually selling - mine top-performing affiliate videos for repeatable angles and package them back to the community. Keep all briefs compliant with TikTok Shop policies and category claims guidelines.

Community & Engagement. Run our affiliate community (WhatsApp) day to day: answer questions fast, share wins, post leaderboards, and keep momentum high. Program the engagement calendar - contests, bonus sprints, top-seller spotlights, and incentive pushes tied to launches and promos. Be the human face of the program: creators should feel like they have a real partner on the brand side, not a faceless inbox.

What This Role Is About

Your north star: 50% of new affiliates earn at least $500 in commissions within their first 14 days of joining the program. Everything you do ladders up to that number. If a creator joins and stalls, you notice and intervene. If a brief isn't converting, you rewrite it. If the community goes quiet, you bring the energy back.

Success looks like: the activation KPI above, weekly affiliate recruits and activation rate (joined to first post to first sale), community engagement and retention (active posters per week, churn of previously active affiliates), and affiliate-attributed GMV growing month over month.

Who You Are

You're a high-agency operator: you don't wait for a playbook, you build one, test it, and improve it.

You've managed a creator community at scale and know how to keep hundreds of people engaged without losing the personal touch.

You're a strong writer: your briefs are clear, your DMs get replies, and your announcements get reactions.

You're data-comfortable: you live in spreadsheets and dashboards, track cohorts, and let numbers tell you where to intervene.

You're deeply fluent in TikTok culture, shoppable content, and what makes short-form video actually sell.

RequirementsQualifications

2-4 years in affiliate management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community management

Direct TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred

A track record of growing a creator community or affiliate program you can walk us through

Nice to have: experience in beauty, wellness, or personal care; familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate tooling (marketplace, target plans, open collabs) and creator CRM platforms such as Trybe, Euka, and Agentio; and experience as a creator or seller yourself, so you understand the affiliate side of the table.

Benefits

BenefitsCompensation & Benefits

      $75,000 to $85,000 base salary

Performance-based incentives tied to growth + efficiency outcomes

      Comprehensive health/vision/dental benefits; Unlimited PTO

      Remote (US)

We care more about judgment, ownership, and impact than perfect resumes. If you're excited to build the most creator-friendly affiliate program in beauty, we'd love to meet you.
