About Us
Pink Bird Car Wash is a fresh, fun, and fast-growing company with deep roots in South Florida. Our first location is already turning heads — and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.
We’re looking for a Lead / Keyholder to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow into a management position. You’ll help run daily operations, guide team members, and eventually take on open and close responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Support daily car wash operations to ensure smooth workflow
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
Assist with opening and closing procedures (keyholder duties)
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
Communicate clearly with management and team members
Support sales and membership goals through great service and teamwork
Qualifications
Required:
Previous leadership or keyholder experience (shift lead, assistant manager, or similar)
Strong communication skills and reliability
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods
Preferred:
Experience in the car wash, automotive, or quick-service industry
Basic troubleshooting or equipment awareness
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
