About Us

Pink Bird Car Wash is a fresh, fun, and fast-growing company with deep roots in South Florida. Our first location is already turning heads — and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.

We’re looking for a Lead / Keyholder to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow into a management position. You’ll help run daily operations, guide team members, and eventually take on open and close responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily car wash operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service

• Assist with opening and closing procedures (keyholder duties)

• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity

• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operational standards

• Communicate clearly with management and team members

• Support sales and membership goals through great service and teamwork

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous leadership or keyholder experience (shift lead, assistant manager, or similar)

• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods

Preferred:

• Experience in the car wash, automotive, or quick-service industry

• Basic troubleshooting or equipment awareness

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
