At PURPLE we're not just crafting clothing, we're shaping experiences. We're currently seeking a Full-Time Key Holder to join our store. As a key leader on the sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, supporting daily store operations, and leading by example to inspire and develop the team.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail experience, strong clienteling capabilities, leadership experience, and a passion for fashion, culture, and delivering elevated service. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building relationships, developing talent, and driving business results
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Client Experience

  • Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), Client Acquisition, and Client Retention.
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience through personalized styling, product expertise, and relationship building.
  • Support and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Coach associates on selling techniques, clienteling strategies, and service standards to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain a robust local and international client book while fostering long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Utilize phone, text, email, and social outreach to strengthen client engagement and increase sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the culture, energy, and values of PURPLE BRAND.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Act as a positive role model and floor leader, creating a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Assist management with onboarding, training, and developing team members.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support individual and store performance goals.
  • Support management in executing business strategies, sales initiatives, and client development programs.
  • Partner with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of company standards.
Operations & Store Standards
  • Execute opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling priorities, floor coverage, and daily business needs as directed by management.
  • Maintain an elevated sales floor environment that reflects the standards of a luxury retail experience.
  • Support visual merchandising, floor moves, replenishment, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Oversee shipment processing, stock organization, inventory management, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, cash handling standards, and loss prevention policies.
  • Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and client fulfillment requests with exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury, contemporary, premium, or fashion-focused retail sales.
  • Previous supervisory, keyholder, or leadership experience within a retail environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build, maintain, and grow a high-value client base.
  • Experience coaching, motivating, and developing retail teams.
  • Shopify POS experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and clienteling tools to drive business performance.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, culture, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds when necessary.
