Pyramid Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct assessments and therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Our detox center serves a diverse clientele, and as an LCSW, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams via virtual collaboration platforms. You will operate within a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, ensuring a clear work-life balance.

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement individualized support packages for clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews with service users to assess their current condition, strengths, weaknesses, and specific requirements.
• Establish tailored, measurable goals for each client and monitor their progress closely, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and guidance during sessions, offering informed counseling on the most effective courses of action.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report on status changes, adhering to confidentiality protocols and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences and provide expert testimony as required in court settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care, acting as a key worker within your caseload.
• Refer clients to community services that can support their recovery and rehabilitation efforts.

Your work will primarily involve assisting clients who require support related to substance abuse, mental health issues, and trauma. You will interact with individuals affected by various factors, including domestic violence and child neglect. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe space for these clients, empowering them to confront their challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in delivering social work and counseling services in an outpatient or detox context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
