This full-time role is designed for remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to our clients housed in a detox center setting. Despite the remote work arrangement, you will engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical staff and counselors, to ensure integrated care delivery tailored to our clients' specific needs.

• Plan and coordinate individualized care packages to assist clients in addressing their specific challenges and confront dependencies, ensuring personalized attention to each case.
• Conduct interviews and assessments with clients to evaluate their current conditions, identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform treatment strategies.
• Set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for each client, ensuring accountability and progress in their recovery journey.
• Monitor client progress, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and situations.
• Provide informed counseling and guidance during client sessions, clearly articulating the best courses of action.
• Maintain meticulous records regarding client interactions, status updates, and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case conferences and provide testimony or evidence in court when necessary, advocating for clients' needs and rights.
• Serve as a key worker, collaborating with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive care.
• Facilitate client referrals to additional community resources and services crucial for comprehensive recovery efforts.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients at a detox center, providing critical support to individuals overcoming substance use disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them navigate the complexities of recovery, from addressing emotional trauma to fostering life skills necessary for sustainable health and wellness. The diverse backgrounds of the clients necessitate a nuanced understanding of social dynamics and cultural sensitivities.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology is required.
• Proven experience as a social worker, demonstrating relevant skills in case management and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong understanding of social work theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Exemplary social perceptiveness and empathy to effectively relate to clients’ experiences and emotional needs.
• Capacity to build and uphold professional relationships while maintaining a strong ethical foundation.
• Resilience and keen assessment abilities to evaluate situations accurately.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Previous experience working in a detox or recovery setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
• Experience in interdisciplinary team settings that enhance collaborative care.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
