Cementing Technician

Location: Bartlesville, OK (Travel Required)
Compensation: $96,000 Annual Compensation + Performance Bonus Opportunity

Total annual compensation may reach up to 200% of base compensation based on individual and company performance. Bonus compensation is discretionary and not guaranteed.

Position Type: Contract/Full-time

Position Summary

Key Management Services is seeking a dependable Cementing Technician to support oil & gas cementing and pumping operations. This hands-on role assists with equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and field activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Candidates with experience in oilfield services, pressure pumping, cementing, construction, industrial operations, or other mechanically inclined field work are encouraged to apply.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with rig-up, operation, and rig-down of cementing and pumping equipment.
  • Support cement mixing, loading, and oilfield pumping operations.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Monitor equipment and report operational issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Complete required field documentation and reports.
  • Work effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a hands-on environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including extended out-of-state assignments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Preferred

  • Experience in oilfield cementing, pressure pumping, well servicing, construction, or industrial operations.
  • CDL (Class A or B).
  • SafeLand and/or H2S certification.
  • Familiarity with pumps, hoses, manifolds, and related oilfield equipment.
