Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Type: Part-time / Temp (Contract via NESCO, expected 4-6 weeks)
Location: Webster, NY

Looking for a great-paying short-term opportunity with the possibility of more? Join our team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and help support an important quality project. This project involves simple warehouse administrative duties.
Nesco Resource is hiring 4 temporary employees for a short-term assignment expected to last up to one month.
Shift:
  • Monday - Friday
    • 6:00am-2:00pm
    • 2:00pm-10:00pm
Pay:
  • $25.00/Hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update inventory records with high accuracy.
  • Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure physical inventory matches SAP records.
  • Generate regular inventory and stock reports.
  • Create and manage goods movement transactions (e.g., GR, GI, transfer postings).
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain/logistics principles.
  • Bilingual - Spanish
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment within a warehouse setting. 90% of the time
  • May require occasional physical presence in the warehouse communicating with delivery drivers.
