Elk Head Clothing, located inside Ponce City Market, is searching for high-energy, motivated, and fashion-forward individuals to join our team as Key Holders (Part-Time). If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Position: Part-Time Key Holder
Location: Elk Head Clothing – Ponce City Market

Schedule:

  • Tuesday: Open Availability
  • Wednesday: Open Availability
  • Friday: Open Availability
  • Saturday: Open Availability
  • Sunday: Open Availability


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an engaging shopping experience
  • Drive sales, meet goals, and build strong customer relationships
  • Act as floor leader in the absence of a manager
  • Support daily operations including opening/closing and cash handling
  • Maintain store standards and assist with merchandising
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and current trends

What It Takes:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail preferred)
  • Passion for fashion and interest in a growing brand
  • High energy, outgoing personality, and confidence with customers
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong work ethic
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability for the full schedule listed above
