Now, we’re looking for Saw Operators who are ready to cut into a new career with purpose.

???? What You’ll Do

As a Saw Operator, you’ll be a key player in our manufacturing process — preparing and cutting metal stock with precision and efficiency to keep production moving smoothly.

Material Cutting & Preparation:

  • Read and interpret Manufacturing Orders to determine specs and material quantities.
  • Cut and prep metal stock to exact lengths for assembly and shipment.

  • Check completed pieces to ensure consistent quality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues.
  • Keep a sharp eye on accuracy and uniformity in every cut.

Tool & Equipment Maintenance:

  • Monitor tools, parts, and supply inventory; notify when restocks are needed.
  • Maintain equipment in top condition.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.

Teamwork & Efficiency:

  • Work alongside team members to maintain production flow.
  • Cross-train in other areas to boost team flexibility.
  • Be part of our safety-first culture through active training and collaboration.

We want reliable, detail-oriented individuals who bring pride to every cut and collaboration every day.

Experience & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience is a big plus.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a commitment to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, and handle materials throughout the day.

Team Player Mentality:

  • Solid communication and willingness to work with others.
  • Openness to learning and cross-training.

Commitment to Safety & Quality:

  • Understand and follow PPE protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with care and precision.
