We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Meat Carver to join our team. As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meats to our high standards, ensuring the quality of each piece is ready for serving. Your expertise will help maintain the quality and consistency of our BBQ offerings. This role requires expertise in meat cutting, food safety, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut and portion various meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and specialty meats.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager for ordering and stock rotation.
  • Ensure all meat products are stored, handled, and prepared according to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and answering questions about our meats and preparation methods.
  • Be willing to learn and work in multiple kitchen stations when needed to facilitate service.
Requirements:
