Description

We are seeking a skilled Chevrolet Factory-Trained Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chevrolet vehicles using factory-approved tools and procedures. This role requires expertise in engine diagnostics, electrical systems, drivetrain repairs, and warranty work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform factory-approved diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chevrolet vehicles.
  • Utilize GM diagnostic tools such as GDS2, Tech2, and MDI to troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrains according to OEM standards.
  • Conduct warranty and recall repairs per General Motors guidelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and communicating repair needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Chevrolet and GM technology, recalls, and service bulletins.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to maximize efficiency.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Chevrolet factory training or GM certifications preferred.
  • ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience using GDS2, Tech2, MDI, and other GM diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
