Natural Food + Grocery Associate Key Account Manager - Northeast

Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Associate Key Account Manager based in the Northeastern US near market areas for Wegmans + Wakefern Market.This is a remote position, requiring employees to utilize a home office.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide category review support by assisting with new item paperwork (spec sheet, presentation, etc.), category review announcements, Data assistance and documenting actions.
  • Maintain internal SharePoint, Account Workbooks, and all trackers.
  • Maintain APL, store lists, promotion confirmation photos, retailer set photos and any other retailer specific details.
  • Manage the compilation and sharing of department Monthly Focus.
  • Other duties as directed by Senior Key Account Management in support of our supplier partners.
  • Assistance in managing sales tracking, data and analysis.
  • Provide team with sound guidance around New Item launches and monthly promotional activity.
  • Work with our team to continuously improve effectiveness and productivity.
  • Be proactive in supporting new store openings, retailer or distributor tabletops, and any other events or opportunities for our brands.
  • Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principal clients.
  • Collect and distribute regional news and updates, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with Green Spoon leadership team to generate ideas for growing our principals' business and make suggestions for improvement.

Measurable Objectives:

  • Develop strong relationship with Senior Key Account Management
  • Work with Senior Key Account Management to help with new items and new brand launches. Prepare and submit New Items Forms, One-Pagers, and any other ad-hoc paperwork as requested on a consistent basis and by deadline.
  • Manage and oversee category review calendars that pertain to our principals and your account responsibilities.
