As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will serve as the senior executive responsible foracquiringnew mortgage customers. With a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, you will effectively communicate the business value ofFloifyto Independent Mortgage Banks, Banks, and Credit Unions.


The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is the sales lead responsible for generating new business byacquiringnet-new customers forFloify. The role is accountable for growing bookings and revenue by closing new business opportunities with strategic, market-leading financial institutions.

What You Will Do As A Account Executive, Floify-Mortgage Solutions

  • Create, identify, and close sales for a specific set of new accounts. The individual must be a self-starting closer who can generate a pipeline of new business and convert prospects into clients.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations and partner with Floify's internal teams to present a compelling value proposition.

  • Thoroughly understand the business lines of your prospective customers, navigate the organization effectively, and identify opportunities to introduce Floify solutions that solve critical mortgage industry challenges.

  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, challenge existing processes, and present innovative solutions using detailed knowledge of Floify's platform.

  • Execute strategic account planning for prospective clients, developing customized approaches to drive sales of Floify's product suite.

  • Effectively identify and engage prospective customer "mobilizers" and build consensus among key stakeholders.

  • Deliver strong demos of the Floify Point of Sale solution, tailored to prospect needs.

  • Manage complex sales cycles by mapping the customer's decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business.

What You Will Bring As AAccount Executive, Floify-Mortgage Solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets, specifically in new business acquisition.

  • Banking or mortgage domain expertise.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify executive decision-makers, build credibility with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.

  • Flexible problem-solver who will thrive in Floify's fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate software solutions onsite with clients or via virtual meetings.

  • Organized, efficient, and able to maintain a high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence.

  • Passion for Customer Success.

  • Experience in mortgage technology sales.

  • Consultative sales background with experience selling enterprise-level technology solutions.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: $88,500 - $118,000 Annually

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.


You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.


Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
