About the team:
 
Our Enterprise Key Account Management team is a driven group of problem solvers who thrive on supporting large media clients and helping them navigate complex adtech challenges. The team works across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation, ensuring clients get the most value from our platform.
Focused on long-term growth, the team strengthens account relationships, increases platform adoption, and leads upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Close collaboration with Supply and Demand Sales, TechOps, and Product ensures clients receive strategic guidance and a seamless experience.
*Role is 50% remote and candidate must be able to work in NYC Office.
Day to Day:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise publisher and platform accounts across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, owning all strategic and operational communication.
  • Analyze performance, revenue trends, and technical signals to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead onboarding and ensure timely, high-quality activation of new integrations or product features.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage, drive adoption, and introduce new products or capabilities.
  • Coordinate with Supply/Demand Sales, Product, TechOps, and Analytics to address issues and unlock new value.
  • Manage escalations with clarity and urgency, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity.
Who you are:
  • Minimum of 3 years of client services experience (various levels available, i.e., mid-senior)
  • Hands-on experience working within an Ad serving, SPP or other programmatic platforms.
  • Analytically focused and ability to make key decisions based on data.
  • Love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions.
  • An ability to manage high volume client requests in an effective way.
  • Resourceful, diligent, and goal- oriented 
  • Inquisitive Learner, critical thinker, and looking to apply your analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and supportive team environment.
Growth Expectations:
  • During your first month gain a full understanding of our products and team operations.
  • After three months you will be a trusted Key Account Manager to our clients and have the responsibility to own an omnichannel account list.
  • In six months your skills will be sharp and you can handle complex issues easily, with troubleshooting or campaign performance and building great client relationships.
