Position Summary: The Key Accounts Associate is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with PS Seasoning’s business goals. This role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, and driving overall sales growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Track sales performance and report on account metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
