  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible schedule

  • Paid time off
  • Training & development

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of 10. Insurance has always been a part of my life as a second-generation State Farm agent. Before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member for my father, gaining valuable experience and learning firsthand what it takes to build a successful business.
I attended Baylor University and am a proud father of two boys. Family comes first in our household, and outside of work I enjoy sports and competition. I’m naturally competitive and bring that same drive and energy into the agency every day.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), work-life balance, and a hiring bonus. We believe in rewarding hard work while providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Our culture is energetic, fast-paced, and fun. We have a younger team that enjoys working hard, supporting one another, and celebrating success together. I’m looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset—people who want more than just a job and are motivated to build something meaningful. In fact, I love helping team members develop toward their own agency ownership goals if that’s part of their long-term vision.
If you’re ambitious, driven, and excited about creating opportunities for yourself, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Beach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
