Join Our Team as an Onsite Staff Coordinator!
Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We’re looking for an organized and people-focused Onsite Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our high-energy distribution warehouse in Albany, OR! In this essential role, you’ll be the bridge between warehouse leadership and temporary staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and seamless team management.
Competitive pay: $29/hr, paid weekly!
Regular schedule: 8am-5pm, Sunday-Thursday
Here's What You'll Do:
  • Act as the main onsite contact for both leadership and workers, driving engagement and communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and worker performance.
  • Champion a safe working environment- addressing incidents promptly and following up to resolution.
  • Verify worker hours, resolve discrepancies, and process accurate payments to keep teams motivated and rewarded.
  • Directly handle all performance management and HR concerns for onsite workers, fostering a motivated and appreciated team.
  • Guide new team members through their first days with Kelly’s proven orientation program.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years managing teams and facilities- staffing or warehouse experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid understanding of HR and performance management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience running staffing or subcontractor programs is a bonus.
