Now Hiring: Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler II – Wiring - Immediate Openings! This is a Temp to Hire position

Join a proven industry leader! A Company with nearly seven decades of excellence in designing, manufacturing, and supporting state-of-the-art power distribution equipment, is seeking skilled Raceway Wiremen to expand our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install raceway systems: conduit, wireway, and cable trays
  • Install and terminate power or control wiring between equipment (e.g., switchgear, relay panels, junction boxes) per the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams to determine material needs and assembly instructions
  • Label, lug, terminate, and route control wire within buildings
  • Utilize small hand and portable power tools safely and effectively
  • Lift and move up to 50 lbs. (team lift or assisted lifting for heavier items)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Raceway Wireman experience preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions and production drawings (English)
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Reliable, safety- and quality-minded, ethical, and a dedicated team player

Shift & Pay Details

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Overtime as needed on Fridays)
  • Must complete 1–2 months of paid training on 1st shift
  • Starting pay: $18/hour; higher rates available based on directly related experience
  • 2nd shift differential: Additional $0.40/hour
