Job Title: Molder (Temporary Assignment)
Location: Worcester MA 01606 
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Pay Rate: USD 20.00 /hr - USD 30.00 /hr
Contract Type: 3 to 4 months Contract
Job Description:
Applies various methods, procedures, and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual presses or molding equipment to compact mix and form basic shapes.
Responsibilities:
  • Mold products using hydraulic, robotic, or manual presses
  • Compact mix to shape products
  • Perform minimal density tests on initial molded pieces to gauge tolerances and conformance to specifications
  • Utilize measuring tools, hand and power tools, including a tamping gun
  • Make distinctions between mixes, pressing, and finishing techniques
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics
  • Ability to perform minimal density tests
  • Experience using a wide variety of measuring tools, hand and power tools
  • Understanding of pressing and finishing techniques
Special Instructions:
  • Math test must be submitted along with resume
  • Assignment is temporary for 3 to 4 months and will not be considered for permanent placement
