What You’ll Tackle
  • Guard the gates of quality: Inspect, test, and verify incoming and in-process parts, ensuring every cable, PCB, or component meets our rigorous standards.
  • Set the benchmark: Confirm quality against blueprints, drawings, and specs; execute first article and fit checks; and uphold the procedures that keep our products world class.
  • Document every detail: Diligently record inspection results and report issues—because excellence is in the details.
  • Elevate your skills: Train at our Westwood HQ and transition with us to our high-tech Culver City site as we expand.
  • Go further: Obtain your IPC certification within your first 90 days (we’ll help get you there!), and support continuous improvement every step of the way.

We’re Looking For
  • Eager learners: 0–2 years' experience in inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse quality—strong mechanical aptitude gets you a long way.
  • Tool savvy: Comfortable with calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes—or ready to learn.
  • Sharp attention to detail: Accurate, organized, and passionate about getting things right.
  • Team mindset: Collaborative, solutions-focused, and always ready to grow and adapt.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Physical ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Authorized U.S. Worker: U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required (federal regulations apply). Must pass background screening.
  • Basic Soldering Experience
Bonus Points For:
  • Previous electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • Experience following blueprints, detailed drawings, or engineering specs
  • Already holding IPC certification
