Clinical Research Coordinator
 
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a 5-month temporary position at a clinical research company in West Hills, CA. Pay Rate:  
$28-30/hour
Overview:
In this role, you will coordinate and execute clinical research studies by screening and enrolling participants, collecting and managing data, supporting study visits and procedures, maintaining organized records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with investigators and team members to deliver high-quality research outcomes.
Schedule: 
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute clinical research protocols under the guidance of investigators by scheduling and facilitating study visits, procedures, and participant follow-ups.
  • Screen and enroll study participants, assist with the informed consent process, and ensure all interactions follow ethical guidelines and protocol requirements.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate clinical data and source documentation in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
  • Communicate with study participants to provide education, answer questions, and support adherence to study requirements, while monitoring and reporting adverse events or protocol deviations.
  • Organize and maintain study records, handle laboratory specimens if qualified, and apply critical thinking to resolve issues and support efficient daily operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree or higher in a health-related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical research: GCP, HIPAA, ALCOA principles, FDA regulations, and IATA guidelines. Experience with participant screening and the informed consent process strongly preferred.
  • Medical terminology & patient care experience.

Certificates:
  • Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
  • Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (e.g., CCRC) preferred.
