Job description

An emerging resource development organization is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the strategic growth of large-scale, long-life resource assets in Colorado.

Supported by international partnerships, proven technologies, and a long-term investment horizon, the organization is focused on delivering generational economic and societal impact through responsible energy development. The scope spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage exploration through to construction, operations, and future expansion.

As General Manager, you will be accountable for defining and executing the organization's long-term strategy while building a high-performing, purpose-driven team. You will play a central role in developing major resource assets, establishing organizational culture, and delivering complex projects over the coming decades.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead an organization from the ground up, shaping projects of significant scale and lasting importance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across all business functions
  • Build and scale a multidisciplinary team from early-stage development onward
