Heavy Equipment Operators

Siteworks LLC is currently looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to work on crews specializing in grading and site utilities. We are always looking for dependable, experienced, hardworking employees with safety experience. We operate a drug-free and alcohol-free working environment. Applicants will be subjected to pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing.
Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following duties:
  • Must be able to operate heavy equipment of all types.
  • Must be aware and observant at all times to notice anything that may compromise job safety.
  • Efficiently and effectively operate equipment to increase productivity.
  • Communicate with project supervision on any issues that arise on the project.
  • Communicate with other team members to encourage growth and progress towards project goals.
  • Aiding team members to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
  • Assist crew with other duties, as needed.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
  • Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Team Oriented
