The role:

As a Production Systems Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Maintainingaccurate, controlled manufacturing process documentation in line with quality,regulatoryand internal standards.

  • Creating andmaintainingproduct routings in KBM to reflect current manufacturing processes,resourcesand lead times.

  • Supporting the migration of process documentation and manufacturing data into CAQ systems, ensuring version control and data integrity.

  • Leading the Quote Review Board (QRB) process to assess manufacturability, costfeasibilityand production readiness for new product opportunities.

  • Developing detailed cost analyses covering labor, materials,equipmentand external vendor contributions.

  • Coordinating with external vendors to assess capabilities and integrate supplier processes into internal routing and costing models.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, productionsystemsor a closely related engineering role.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, processdocumentationand product routing.

  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems, with KBM experience highlyadvantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform cost estimation, manufacturabilityassessmentsand vendor evaluations.

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills when working across engineering, production,planningand commercial teams.
