Pay Structure

We will discuss further during your interview. It is 100% commission based but our top Sales Reps average over $5,000 per month and we are looking for leaders.


Job Duties & Responsibilities


As a Door-to-Door Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing homeowners and local residents to our Veteran-Owned Kayak & Paddleboard Membership Program. Your goal is to build relationships within the community and help families enjoy unlimited time on the water while achieving your sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and communities daily.
  • Educate potential customers about our annual kayak and paddleboard membership program.
  • Explain membership benefits, pricing, and promotions with confidence.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners and prospective members.
  • Answer customer questions professionally and accurately.
  • Close sales and complete membership enrollments using company-provided sales tools.
  • Collect all required customer information and submit completed memberships accurately.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company with professionalism at all times.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing sales development.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and current promotions.
  • Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activity, leads, and completed sales.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products and marketing.
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication with management.
