Description

Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for Carrier Transicold Lynx Fleet telematics systems, aftermarket connected fleet technologies, and IoT solutions supporting transport refrigeration. Responsible for telematics sales support, customer onboarding and implementation, integration, training, troubleshooting, subscription management, diagnostics, and customer service while serving as the primary resource for telematics related operations and product updates. Coordinates with customers, sales, service, administration, vendors, and corporate partners to support effective telematics operations while advancing product reputation and adoption. This role may also support Training Department administrative functions, and technical training initiatives as requested.

Requirements

Serve as the subject matter expert for Lynx Fleet telematics and other third-party connected fleet solutions, supporting sales and service efforts and strategic account development.

 Lead customer point-of-sale setup, onboarding, account configuration, and subscription management to include accurate monthly billing and ongoing account support.

Coordinate telematics installations, retrofits, integrations, and related operational standards across OEM, mixed-fleet, competitor, API, TMS, ERP, and third-party environments.

Provide customer and internal team training, product demonstrations, onboarding materials, and operational functions to drive understanding, adoption, and effective use of telematics platforms and reporting tools.

Support troubleshooting, escalation management, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, warranty and service-plan inquiries, reporting, and recordkeeping.

Act as a cross-functional liaison among sales, service, administration, customers, and leadership by communicating escalated issues, customer feedback, product issues, and enhancement opportunities.

Monitor customer engagement and customer service opportunities while maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging connected fleet technologies.
