 What You'll Do

  • Verify product accuracy and validate orders before releasing inventory to stock locations or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following 6S standards and KARL STORZ safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and completing assigned improvement activities.
  • Follow established work instructions, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.
  • Develop the skills and certifications necessary to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other powered material handling equipment.
 What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 0 to 1 year of warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, dock, or related operational experience.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems and applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction in a fast-paced setting.
 Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or logistics experience.
  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team-based problem solving.
  • Experience working in a continuous improvement or LEAN-driven environment.
 What Will Make You Successful
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive mindset for identifying process improvements and contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Respectful and professional interactions with colleagues, business partners, and vendors.
  • The flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining high levels of performance.
