Location: 1201 Edison Dr; Cincinnati, Ohio 45216
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Are You:

  • Familiar with reading batch tickets and verifying work accuracy?
  • Experienced in packaging products and pick-and-pull operations?
  • Detail-oriented with a keen attention to detail?
  • Able to work independently?

Job Function:

As a Ink Manufacturing - Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Packaging finished products in various containers and labeling them correctly.
  • Pulling, measuring, weighing, and blending products to batch ticket specifications (water, solvent, UV/EB, or oil-based).
  • Completing documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets and inspecting products.
  • Communicating discrepancies to management.
  • Following safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Conducting inventory control activities and maintaining adherence to “The Kao Way” standards.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by production management.

Skills for Success:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months or more of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is a plus.
  • Forklift experience a plus but will be trained.

Communication:

  • Ability to read batch tickets (work orders or invoices).
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver 500+ pound drums using a drum truck.
