Program Director - Northeastern Kansas
Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas is looking to hire a Program Director for our programs in Northeastern Kansas to include the Topeka and Manhattan area. This individual directs and manages JAG-K services provided within the specified region by Career Specialists. Do you enjoy being a part of student success? Work Schedule for a Program Director
This position works with our Career Specialists Monday through Friday providing support, coaching, and training to ensure the JAG model components are implemented.

A Day in the Life of a Program Director
A Program Director works with Career Specialists to ensure the JAG model is successfully impacting the students within the program. This individual monitors programs and data to ensure they are meeting accreditation standards, conducts monthly staff and classroom observations, and plans, manages, and executes events to increase JAG-K program visibility. As a Program Director, one would establish an employer engagement network to increase students' opportunity for career exploration, advocates for a strong NCA Career Association, and reviews data for continuous improvement within ones' region.
As needed, the Program Director provides coverage for JAG-K programs during times of Career Specialist vacancy.
