Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our El Mirage location and help drive continued growth throughout Arizona's West Valley.

Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, including production, financial performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, quality control, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and performance while maintaining Kaizen's commitment to safe, high-quality repairs.

The General Manager works closely with estimators, technicians, customer service representatives, parts personnel, insurance partners, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure the shop operates at a high level every day.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all daily collision center operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Manage production flow and repair cycle times
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor repair quality and adherence to OEM procedures
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

  • 2+ years of collision repair management experience
