🚨 OB/GYN NP Opportunity | Kaiser Permanente – Fontana, CA 🚨
 

Location: Fontana Medical Center – Fontana, California
Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
Duration: ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
 

Kaiser Permanente – Fontana Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner .This role is heavily focused on GYN care with some OB responsibilities and includes both in-person clinic coverage.
 

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Preventive GYN care and well-woman visits
  • Management of abnormal bleeding and HRT cases
  • Perform and interpret ultrasounds, including dating up to 8 weeks
  • PAPS and preventive screenings
  • Bartholin abscess management
  • Endometrial biopsies (EMB)
  • Mix of GYN-focused clinic visits with some OB support as needed
  • Approximately 20–24 patients per day
Practice Environment
  • Full RN & LVN support staff available
  • Supervising Physician onsite for support
  • EMR: EPIC (HealthConnect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
Requirements
  • Board Certified NP required
  • Strong GYN experience required
  • Must be comfortable performing own ultrasounds
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • Active California license required
