This position is based in an outpatient office setting, where you will work onsite with a diverse patient population. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their functional limitations and establish treatment goals tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing manual therapy techniques and specific modalities to address pain and dysfunction.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, ensuring they understand the planned interventions and how they contribute to recovery.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as patients achieve their goals or face new challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care after therapy completion.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient management in compliance with organizational policies.

You will primarily work with adult patients facing orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. This role necessitates a strong emphasis on individualized care, where you will utilize your skills to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Understanding the unique needs of each patient, especially in outpatient settings, will enhance their recovery experience and contribute to positive outcomes.

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapist License at the time of hire.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification mandatory at the time of hire.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines will set you apart in this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
