Parts Driver

Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour

We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Driver to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our Parts, Service, and Sales Departments running smoothly by ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of automotive parts. If you enjoy driving, working with people, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Pick up and deliver automotive parts for the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery and pickup.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and dealership policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicles.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage, and related documentation.
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions responsibly.
  • Obtain required customer signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with dealership staff.
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory record maintenance.
  • Support dealership operations when not driving by assisting with:
    • Lot attendant duties
    • Vehicle detailing
    • Other assigned responsibilities
  • Move and reposition new and used vehicles around the dealership as needed.
  • Demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers when requested.
  • Treat customers, coworkers, and the public with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, and dealership vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequent pushing and pulling.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, crawl, reach, twist, and turn throughout the workday.
  • Frequent handling of automotive parts, tools, and equipment.
Work Environment

This position requires working both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to:

  • Various weather conditions
  • Dust, fumes, mists, gases, and odors
  • Noise and vibration from vehicles, machinery, power tools, and automotive equipment
