Credentialing Timeframe: 12 Weeks from time application submitted to client
JOB INFORMATION:
Total Number of FTE s needed? 1.0 FTE

Presentation Instructions, Detailed Process, and Timeline: Cover Sheet, CV, and backup documentation regarding malpractice/background References if we have them on file
Reason for Coverage: Permanent vacancies

EMR: Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente s version of EPIC). EPIC Experience highly preferred but at least a good skillset of EMR & Technology required.
