Job description

 

Administrative Assistant II


We are pleased to recruit for a company whose corporate purpose is to create chemistry for a sustainable future and has been doing so for 150 years. Their portfolio ranges from chemicals, plastics, performance products and crop protection products to oil and gas. Their products and solutions contribute to conserving resources, ensuring nutrition and improving quality of life. Our client is expanding and seeking an Administrative Assistant II in Spring, TX.


Responsibilities:

·        Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.

·        Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

·        Organize special events if asked.

·        Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.

·        Support expense reporting, purchasing, and invoice processing.

·        Coordinate onboarding activities and administrative support for the teams.

·        Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

·        Anticipate managers’ needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

·        Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.

Requirements:

·        Calendar & Time Management – Meeting scheduling - MS Outlook Calendar proficiency

·        Organization & Prioritization – Travel arrangements / Expense reports

·        Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Excel, OneNote) and SharePoint

·        Advanced calendar and time management

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Education: High School Diploma

Location: Spring, TX 77389

Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite, Standard - 5 days on / 2 days off - 5 days on / 2 days off

Length of Assignment: Contract (short-term assignment)
