Job description

As a Customer Administration Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in translating complex customer agreements into accurate system data that drives billing, pricing, and operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels at working with large data sets—analyzing, tracking, and manipulating rates and pricing information with precision.  In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential. 

This position is based on-site in North Canton, OH, within a campus environment that includes a cafeteria, coffee café, and gym. Candidates must currently reside in Northeast Ohio. Sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position.

Essential Functions

  • Key role in the implementation and audit of new and existing Customer Data into KAGs Transportation Management System (TMW)
  • Evaluate Customer Agreements and configure Invoicing and Settlement Tariffs/Rates in TMW to support that agreement
  • Decipher and communicate new or changes to existing agreements to the Revenue Accounting/Billing team
  • Serve as a Knowledge Base on existing Customers and Agreements for Sales, Pricing and Revenue Accounting
  • Calculate, document, and implement required Tariff/Rate increases as outlined in Customer Agreements or based on guidance provided by Sales and/or Pricing
  • Generate Contract/Tariff expiration reports and execute changes as directed
  • Proactively identify Customer rate discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve
  • Aid in the development of data quality guidelines and subsequent governance for Customer related data
  • Perform routine audit of TMW Customer Data and administer changes as needed to keep in accordance with published KAG data standards
  • Perform comprehensive audit of Customer Invoicing to ensure compliance with Contract Bill/Pay provisions and create audit trail documentation
  • Assist with annual financial audit by providing evidence of customer agreement with rates as requested
  • Calculate, maintain, update and report KAG Fuel Surcharge pricing to both internal and external customers
  • High school diploma and experience required
  • 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience
  • Strong Communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
