Class A CDL Driver for Local and Regional

Locations :1208 Belmar Dr, Belcamp MD 21017, 944 Penn Green Rd Avondale, PA 19311, and 525 N State St York PA 17403

Do you have a passion for driving and customer service? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to regional chain restaurants. Night shifts and regional routes mean you'll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. You'll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you'll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Pay: Guaranteed a minimum of $1200 a week

Schedule for Regional : 4-5 night work week with overnights

  • Sunday-Friday. Nights will vary. Start times are between 9:00pm-11:00pm.

  • One and two night routes

  • Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS

Schedule for Local:

  • 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

  • Home every evening!

Does this look like you?

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Class A CDL License at hire

  • Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds

  • Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check

  • Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards

  • You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
