Job Title: CDL Driver
Location: Sea Breeze Food Service
Reports to: Transportation Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20/HR
Job Summary:
Sea Breeze Food Service is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to join our distribution team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food products to our customers on time and in excellent condition. Our ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, and represents the Sea Breeze brand with professionalism on every route..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Load, unload, and deliver food products to customer locations according to scheduled routes
  • Provide excellent customer service, including resolving delivery issues and maintaining positive relationships
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, payments, and related documentation
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or mechanical issues immediately
  • Assist warehouse team as needed with loading, staging, or organizing products
  • Represent Sea Breeze Food Service in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications:
  • APPLICANTS WITH A CDL FOR LESS THAN 3 YEARS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  • Valid CDL Class A or Class B (with air brake endorsement) license for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT requirements (This is needed before an interview can be scheduled. Please email a recent copy of your MVR to AP@seabreezefoodservice.com)
  • Previous route delivery or food service distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and operate hand trucks/pallet jacks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, or overtime as needed
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality service

Schedule:
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Closed: Weekends, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
